With the influx of cheap far eastern imports, Nippon Distribution is committed to providing customers with the most competitive, reliable Alternators possible. We have technical data to show that these cheap imported units are not built to OE specification and do not have OE quality control procedures in place. As a consequence of this, the quality of the finished product is compromised.We offer new OE and new best quality replacement units, along side our own re-manufactured units. These re-manufactured units are built to the highest possible standards and many are fitted with OE parts.

Alternators can be extremely unreliable if not fitted with the correct parts and are particularly problematic if the Regulator is not OE compatible. We are fitting more and more OE Regulators to our Alternators in our commitment to provide the most reliable units.

Critical components that are replaced during remanufacture are the Regulator, Rectifier, Brushes, Bearings and any non-service parts that are damaged. This is why our Alternators are renowned for their quality and reliability in the world market and with many OE clients.
